- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have had this water company for almost a year, their customer service is a disgrace, I had a leak and they treated me like I was the worst customer because I couldn't afford a $400 water bill for 4 months in a row, once we figured out the problem because of course it's never on their end, our bills still stayed extremely high with no explanation. The manager is heartless and cold and really shouldn't be there anymore. i just hope none of them ever get in a position to need help from others because honestly I believe karma will take care of them. If anyone from corporate is actually reading this please do something about your faculty. They are a disgrace to this city and to customer service in general.By Jenn Pierce, July 25, 2017
